Full-text search for intents

Intents can now be searched with a single free-text query parameter, $plainTextQuery, that matches across an intent's key details — its handle, status, schema, and each claim's wallets, symbol, and action.

Searches match complete terms. For example, terms like svgs, 1234, example.com or svgs:1234@example.com all find the wallet svgs:1234@example.com.
